Project Description
Kealy Construction were awarded the tender for the construction of three new dealership garages on a green-field site in Finglas, Dublin, in 2018.
The largest project we had been awarded up until this point, immediate planning, additional recruitment and construction procurement was required for the start date four weeks later, in order to achieve completion within a tight time-frame of 14 months, and within the budget allocated.
Starting with the initial site clearance and site set-up, we removed a large amount of top-soil followed by the construction of three new showrooms, state of the art workshops, parts stores, offices, valet bays and car parking which included vehicular ramps and first floor car parking before the final stage of landscaping to complete this project to the very highest possible standard achievable.
Our talent for creative problem solving came into play on a continuous basis, including the erection of an ESB substation.
